Cigar Humidors
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
l Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
l Must include receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process：
l Please email our customer service team at vacigarclub@gmail.com, providing your order number and photos/videos of the item.
l Once your request is approved, our customer service team will send you the return address and shipping instructions.
l After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and then process a refund or exchange accordingly.
l Return Fee: Canada Shipping Fee CAD 700 + applicable tax (GST/PST), paid by the buyer.
Refunds
l Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 2–3 business days (handling fees excluded).
l If you haven’t received the refund within this time frame, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
l Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
